For me, it means how we feel about ourselves on the inside and it's so true that if we feel great about ourselves that helps us to visually radiate and attract abundance of all things into our lives. However, I've always had troublesome skin which has affected how I felt about myself, it's been tricky outweigh those bad skin days with good skin days, even in my ripe young 30's! So when you have to put yourself in extrovert situations, as I do, presenting and hosting singles events for busy successful professionals (even as a secret introvert) ensuring my skin looks good, is so very important to me and thats been an uphill battle.
When I was introduced to Nakin, I was receptive to it's cruelty free nature but a little bit skeptical about how / if it could help my troublesome skin but being as open as I am to trying thing that will help me improve how I feel, look or grow in myself, I am always open to.
